I Decided To Be Different Than Everyone Else… Or I'd Be Trapped On The Same Dismal 'No Results' Hell Like Everyone Else!

It's true I was stuck in a training rut or a plateau as we call it. My training buddies and I along with most other gym-goers actually do pretty similar workouts.

This is how my workouts used to look. I'd pick 3 exercises per body part and do 8-10 reps per exercise. The last two reps would always be forced reps so I'd reach muscular failure. I'd pyramid up in weight so each set got heavier. Then I'd throw in one extra set at the end with lighter weight and call this a drop set just to get a burn. This Really Worked For A Few Years….

How To Gain Weight

Don't Tell Us Skinny Guys...

What I finally discovered after years of failed effort is that most pros are not only gifted with good genetics (i.e., they can gain muscle or lose fat easier than most people), they also enhance their results with illegal hormones and steroids.

Because of this, they can train harder, eat whatever they want and still get great results. Using their training methods and advice would never work for my body type because I don't use steroids. I never want to.

And my body does not gain muscle mass easily.

I now realize that I am a "hardgainer". A hardgainer is someone who is naturally thin and has an extremely difficult time gaining weight of any kind. Because of this, why would I listen to someone who gains muscle easily?

Anything they say will not be relevant to me. It all makes sense now, but too bad I had to waste so many years just to figure it out.

If you are a hardgainer too, most advice will be useless to you unless it specifically addresses your body type and metabolism.

Here's an important fact: What works for one person who gains weight easily will NOT work for you. And what works for someone who's overweight will NOT work for someone trying to gain weight.

If You Want To Look Like A Bodybuilder,
You Must Train Like Them


For many years I read the bodybuilder magazines religiously. I tried workout after workout.. trying to achieve the body of a professional bodybuilder. Unfortunately, I did not realize that bodybuilding was a sport. And like all other sports, the athletes are not like you or I.

For example, let's look at a sport like basketball. I can learn to play basketball. I can pay for private coaches; train exactly like Michael Jordan; eat exactly what he eats, do exactly what he does... Sure I will get decent at the game, but I will never be as good as Michael Jordan. 99.9% of us won't. Heck I won't even be goon enough to play professionally. This is because Michael Jordan, like other professional athletes have the genetics to help them excel in that sport.

The same goes for bodybuilding. First of all, the bodybuilders in this sport are gifted genetically. Their bodies respond well to resistance training. Even if you train exactly like they do, your body won't respond like theirs.

Second, most professional bodybuilders are heavy users of steroids and illegal hormones. These drugs give them an edge and help them to recover faster. So they can train more often and build muscle faster than a non-steroid user.

Former professional bodybuilder Craig Titus put it this way:

"What a professional bodybuilder does to build muscle has nothing to do
with what the average person needs to do to build muscle."

Need I say more?

Now, I'm not telling you this to discourage you from trying to build more muscle. I'm telling you this so that you can begin to focus on the right things. You must forget trying to train like a professional bodybuilder. It won't work on us normal guys. You must train in a way that is right for your body & genetics.

Of course I still enjoy looking at bodybuilder magazines for inspiration, but that's as far as it goes. I skip their recommended workouts and suggestions.


Increase Your Bench Press.

I have a few questions I want to ask you. Please answer them honestly.

Would you like to quickly and easily increase your bench press… so you can show off to your friends and lifting buddies in the gym… benching more than any of them!

Would you like to drastically increase your power and strength… so you become bigger, better, faster, and stronger for your sport or hobby?

Would you like to pack on some lean muscle mass… so you’re proud and confident enough to take your shirt off and walk the beach?

Would you like to have a powerful, muscular physique that turns heads and gets you noticed… so you can walk with your head high in the air, full of confidence?

In other words... when you have to lift more weight... your body reacts to the additional stress you're placing on it BY ADDING MORE MUSCLE TISSUE!

If you keep lifting the same amount of weight, over and over again, your body has NO REASON to get stronger OR gain muscle. It can already handle the weight you’re used to.

But when you keep lifting more and more weight... your body must adapt, get stronger, and add muscle to keep handling that additional weight.

That's how muscle gains are made: It's by continuously trying to get stronger. When that happens, your body adds more muscle mass to handle this additional stress that's placed upon it.


And you want to know what else?

The more muscle mass your body has... the more calories you will burn... and the more body fat you’ll lose... even when you're resting!

It's true... muscle mass is a very active tissue and it takes a lot of calories to maintain.

Look, if you’re skinny now… you don’t have to worry about that. You don’t have any fat to lose, so you’ll just end up packing on more size and muscle.

Back to the promise and why the best press is important: The bench press is the easiest lift to keep track of when it comes to recording your weights. It’s easy to keep progressing up on the bench press. Most gyms have those little 2 ½ pound plates you can keep adding.

Other exercises are tougher to keep increasing weight on… because you can’t keep going up in small increments. It’s either5 pounds, 10 pounds, or nothing.

And that’s a big jump and cannot be done every single week.

But 2 ½ plates could be a goal of yours every single week. It’s doable and manageable.

And guess what… each time you lift a little more weight… your body will react by adding strength and muscle to handle that additional weight.

Muscle Building Mistake #1:
Training Like a Professional Bodybuilder

Following the advice of pro bodybuilders who use close to $100,000 per year worth of steroids and have better muscle building genetics than 99.9% of the rest of us is the worst thing you could possibly do.

Pro bodybuilders do workouts that could kill the average guy.

The amount of sets and reps they do and the number of days per week that they train amounts to far more volume than most of us could ever hope to recover from.

That’s because steroids drastically enhance your ability to recover from training and when you’re using them by the boatload you can do everything wrong and still gain muscle.

If you’re not amongst the genetic elite and aren’t using steroids you don’t have the luxury of unlimited recovery ability.

You don’t build muscle while you are training; you build muscle while you are recovering.

And if you are constantly in a state of overtraining from doing more than your body can handle you will never be able to recover and thus never experience significant muscle growth.

Not Maximizing Your Body’s Natural Testosterone Production


The feminization of today’s man is getting out of control and becoming an epidemic.

Did you know that men today have an average testosterone level that is 50% lower than males from 50 years ago? And it’s continually getting worse.

This is due to countless factors too numerous to list here but needless to say this is a major epidemic and we need to do something about it immediately!

If you want to grow like the bodybuilders who are juiced to the gills on steroids and become the real alpha male type that drives women crazy, you have to turn yourself into a natural testosterone and growth-hormone producing machine.

Jumping Higher Has to Do With Pure Science and a Multi-faceted Approach that Creates Synergy

Get the Science Right and The Rest is Easy...

Because this is a fitness training program, there's a lot of science to it. I know the science of jumping and teach it in a way that's easy to understand. I've trained NBA athletes, olympians, and professional dunkers and have gotten awesome results with every single one of them. Why?

Now you might look at me the way I look now (very top of page) and think: “Easy for you to say. You were obviously born with all the right genes…”

I was the young man who one day said:

My big moment came with the news I had the chance to trial for my state’s football team.

But it was also my worst moment. The selection committee didn’t pull any punches. I remember overhearing them from the locker room:

“He’s far too weak and skinny for this level of competition.”

One of the assistant coaches felt sorry for me and offered some blunt advice: “Put on 25lbs and come back next year.”

He might as well have said, “Put yourself on the moon.”
But I decided to take on the challenge.

For the next twelve months, the gym became my life.

I didn’t know it then but on that day I started a long journey of trial and error, of success and failure, and for you, the discovery of the learnings that can save a lifetime of guesswork.

Like they say, a wise man learns from other men’s failures.

Of course, I started out like every other poor soul does when setting out to put on weight and build muscle:

I read dozens of fitness magazines.

I scoured the net, searching hundreds of websites, forums and fitness blogs for advice and tips… searching for reliable information – only to come out even more confused and conflicted.

I read every book and watched every video tutorial I could get my hands on.

I picked the brains of the massive guys at the gym – disheartened to find that most of them turned to steroids in order to achieve their gains

The more I tried to understand what to do, the more I became convinced there had to be a better way to communicate the technique of building muscle.

And – more importantly – not just communicate it, but get results… because I sure as eggs wasn’t getting any.

Speaking of eggs – I was LIVING on eggs. And steak. And a routine of repetitive, exhausting gym sessions.

Then one day, one of my mates said to me “I thought you were working out to put on weight?”

“I am,” I replied.

“Well your workout isn’t working out, is it mate?”

And he was right.

was damn frustrated, all that effort had resulted in nothing. I then realized that if I wanted to become the man I wanted to be, I'd need to put on some muscle.

But I certainly didn't want to get fat again, so I had to figure out a method for putting on muscle without looking like a sumo wrestler by the end. Being a busy student, I also couldn't spare much time to work out either.

Imagine having almost no muscles and a beer gut too. The "Buddha" had turned into ET. Try and imagine how low I felt at this point. I'd put so much into it, but just about all my hope had faded.

I was still super jealous of all the fit guys at school. They were treated like Gods by the other guys and they had girls all over them. I knew I wanted it so bad, I had to figure out how to do it.


So I used the one thing I had. My brain. I sat down and thought out why I had failed and what I could do to change that. It was around this period when I finally figured out the principles that govern my Muscle Growth Formula...

This is because a man with muscles is going to be strong and healthy, which means he is able to protect her from other men etc etc.

Now while this may not be so true today, it was back in the caveman days, when picking up girls literally meant picking her up and throwing her over your shoulder.

    "The guy with the muscles could protect her and over thousands of years, this has been hard wired into womens brains..."

Anyway, back to my story. It wasn't long after all this stuff happened (3 or so months after applying my system) that a lot of my friends had begun to ask "How the hell did you do this? Can you teach me?". And I was happy to. After all, they were my friends.

But then I became a bit nervous. What if I was just a freak? What if my principles only worked on me? Maybe they won't work for everyone? But it wasn't long before my fears went right out the window. I had one skinny friend who was never able to gain weight, no matter what he tried. He had just about accepted that he was going to have to go through life skinny.

Well, one of the things I noticed over my many years of teaching yoga is how frequently my running students are injured. According to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, almost 70% of runners will be injured. And in my experience, there are two main reasons.

FIRST, it’s because of the incredible forces they’re subjected to.

The body of a 130 lb runner, for example, has to absorb over 600,000 lbs of impact every mile!

We have many hormones in our bodies, but when they are balanced they keep our bodies and our hair healthy. One of the most important hormones is Testosterone. While it is considered a men’s hormone, both men and women need it to grow and heal bones and muscles.

It turns Testosterone into a super concentrated, super strong Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Normally men have a tiny amount of DHT which is more than enough to grow facial hair, deepen the voice, and increase sex drive.

I Lost Hope of Ever Being Cured!

I was seriously beginning to think that having a yeast infection was going to be a part of my life.
